FEED
YOURSELF
FIRST

Hi friend
We've all said or heard the expression, "I've got too much on my plate." Of course we know this is a line about life, not food.
But let's look a little deeper.
After more than a decade in coaching and working with thousands of people, here's what I know: most folks who say this line do carry quite the load. And though their plate, their life, is "full," they feel an aching hunger.
Something inside of them says, "there's got to be more than this."
Despite feeling exhausted or burnt out, most folks end up doing MORE in their attempt to "lighten the load."
This workshop is for the individual who seemingly has it all together, but is tired of the bullshit. It's for those who:
-
Can't relax unless everyone around them is taken care of
-
Feel like there's never enough time or energy
-
Struggle to ask for help
-
Have a hard time saying no
When you stop overcommitting, micromanaging, and ignoring your own needs, that’s when real change happens.

And sustainable change happens when we learn how to create safety in our nervous systems and bodies through this process.

You’ll have more energy.
You’ll feel lighter.
You’ll sleep better.
You’ll actually have more time in your day.
