a six week master class from surviving to thriving

I created this class because I want people to have tools and skills that work for redefining and changing the narrative. 

Why does that matter and what do I mean by the narrative? 

Early on we learn behaviors and beliefs based on our environment and experiences.  

Understanding and learning from our early recollections help us to see our story. 

Looking at the past is not about blame, excuses, or rehashing the events. It means it is no longer the blind spot. 

This allows us to have a higher success rate when working through challenging times. 

My Masterclass addresses the core beliefs that hold you back.

It will teach you tools and techniques to move through deeper truths. 

⦁    It results in a sense of peace and more self-empowerment. 

⦁    Your body will no longer feel like it needs to keep score.  

⦁    Your mind will shift from playing the tape over and over to being more present. 

Everyday demands wear on us - it's time to step out of the 'wash, rinse & repeat' cycle. 

It requires you to be willing to put yourself first, set aside time each week, and become your best self!

Week Five - Why Acknowledging Yourself is key.  The Gift of Gratitude and Choice, and the Art of Reframing. 


Week Six - A New Reality and Self Forgiveness
